In 3 mo you will learn how to screw in spark plugs and change oil and do BASIC maintenance. It will take 10 years to become a good mechanic (if you’re sharp) MAYBE
I don’t know about 3 months, but Nashville Auto Diesel College has 10 month program without all of the mandatory classes that others have ie. English math etc. They only train you in what you will be doing with the wrench. They are worth checking out.
